This team might go 8-8 next year, but not likely. Too many holes to fill. It's going to take another 2-3 years of good drafting.

What are you talking about?!?!?! The SECOND Shanny signed that contract it should have been an instant miracle... SUPER BOWL!!!! Since that didn't happen it is obvious he is a terrible coach and he should be fired immediately and replaced with Zorn. It's all happening for a reason.
