To be fair, the NFL was in charge both of the outside event and the extra seating. I imagine Jerry had a serious hand in both since it was at his stadium, but it was the NFL's responsibility completely. (as a side, the NFLPA gets 60% of those outside tickets, while the NFL pays all the concessions, and event costs, whatever they may be.)
Hopefully the NFL notes the colossal failures and doesn't try either again...
