Just drive with your other foot, unless it's a stick.
When I had my right foot done, I luckily had a bench seat in that car. I sat literally in the middle of the car and used my left foot for the brake and accelerator. Had my crutches leaning where the passenger goes and had my right leg propped up on the seat. Was extremely weird at first but I got good at it quick. The doctor would've flipped out though.
Also, when I had surgery on my right arm, I had a stick shift and would let go of the wheel and reach over to shift with my LEFT hand!
