Not character issues. He and his family accepted money and gifts from an agent, and initially Quinn didn't admit to it. But then did and admitted he was just scared of the repercussion and trying to protect his family. He's a good kid, who's been through a lot.
His suspension reminds me in many ways of Jeremy Jarmon....what are the plans for him by the way
