The whole CBA situation really is impacting the OL situation as much as anything, because they're not moving forward on any talks with Jammal Brown and they can't pursue Joseph and possibly Ryan Harris. Two guys at the top of their list. Harris more so if Brown doesn't stay

An example of how these Skins ain't the Skins that won in strike-shortened seasons, those teams had stability. But, there was no free agency then. This year there are a ton of FAs, so everyone is in this boat to some degree. Even if its just the uncertainty of not being able to re-sign their own guys.
