But that doesnt really change the thoughts in my post. Youre supposed to act like a decent person all the time, people rarely get called out and recognized for doing positive or non-negative stuff. A new thread started about how Snyder somehow managed not to do anything bad last week wouldnt generate over a page worth of replies, because it illustrates how a normal decent person acts.

I've been critical of Snyder and likely will be again.
But wouldn't it be great to have 15 minutes with him to see if our media-fueled perceptions of him are accurate or not? And if we found out that he was not such a bad guy in those 15 minutes, wouldn't that make our perceptions more real and meaningful?
I grant that 15 minutes is a very short time to get to know someone. But it beats the heck out of zero minutes.
