I don't see him as a problem child, he's a kid in college. He rolled through a stop sign and was pulled over by campus police. Is it excusable that he was over the legal limit? No, but I think a much bigger deal is being made of this than need be. And if he wasn't a Division 1 star, probably no one even hears of it.
