I'm going to have to say that comparing Snyder's actions to that of a man who maliciously tortured and executed dogs for profit is ludicrous to say the least. The guy is a first class douchebag, but he's not at the level of a Michael Vick. I would compare Snyder to Kevin Trudeau. A con artist who's slick, great at marketing, and would be gladly sell you beach front property in Arizona.

The fascist comment was a bit misguided, but I like your spirit though.
