Well under universal health care it does not matter who tries to take care of their health because everyone pays the same thing. On one hand people think the fat, smokers, drinkers, etc... should pay more for their coverage but they then say universal coverage for everyone no matter their health issues. If they did tax fat food the money would just get waisted in the states general funds like the tobacco money did when the states won that big settlement.
