Neild is a unique player, possessed with the exact type of work ethic and attitude needed to play a unique position. Maintaining that attitude may have him soon challenging for the most important position in the 3-4 defense.
In this age of me first and glory, this guy finds his glory through making others better. We can never have enough of those type players.
