I have a mgr who came to my office for a quick meeting and got up 4 times to answer his cell and I could tell 2 were personal. The 4th time it went off he walked to the back of the office and I went out the front door leaving for lunch.

They are not to load up Excel either now that would be extremely unprofessional if they do so!
