Ugh tell me about it. This woman in the cubicle next to me used to leave her phone on all the time like that, and one of her ringtones was this annoying scream. Real professional when you're on a call and there's a screaming ringtone going off in the background.
I always keep my ringer off at work. In fact I keep my ringer off 99% of the time unless I'm expecting an important call.
