Here is some good new in reguards to LaVar

"Bad news for the NFC East, and all the other Redskins opponents. Washington linebacker LaVar Arrington's knee, which underwent surgery in early April, is better than it has been at any point in the past year. He will be ready for training camp in late July, and there is an outside chance he will be ready for the June minicamp. But at this point, the questions that lingered about his knee from a month ago have vanished."
