He didn't miss a field goal, Carriker (app it was him) let 6'8 (Lemme repeat that again for emphasis:
6'8) Calais Campbell through his gap at which point Campbell blocked it. I was as pissed as anyone about it, but that's not on Gano. The second half kickoff was on Gano, but he's not the first kicker to boot one out of bounds before, and he won't be the last. He also made the kick that won the game for us. And we also don't know that anyone currently available is better, and if Gano has one thing going for him, it's his ability to completely eliminate returns by kicking it out of the back of the endzone. So yes, this thread is retarded.
