Instead of passing out fines they should look at it as if the team cheated and award the Rams with the victory. The league should basically say that because the Giants and Chargers had players who faked injuries then it's considered cheating and due to that the team "forfiets" the game. Rule that if the opposing team did not win the game then the losing team has become the winner due to cheating by the opponant.

How do you prove they faked the injury? They could just say thet got so tired they got light head and alomost passed out and there is no rule against falling down because of this.
