The whole point of coaching is to teach players techniques and habits that make them play better. No QB is unable to make slight tweaks to how he throws the football. It is only a matter of willingness. If a player isn't willing to follow sound coaching, then he is uncoachable. No one thought Donovan McNabb of as an uncoachable player. THAT is why coaches are dissatified with him. They try to do their job, and he doesn't want to listen.

This whole thing is making McNabb look like a Jack Ass in my opinion. His team is once again not meeting expectations and he is refusing to take any responsibility for it or make any changes to his game.
