Incorrect. In 2000 Cisco was the most valuable company in the world with a market cap of $ 500B, in 2009 its market cap was $ 108B.

Still a great deal of TDM systems out there, with the Avaya acquisition of Nortel and the economic difficulties of the last few years, many existing TDM systems will be migrated to hybrid (VoIP & TDM) systems rather than replaced by Cisco VoIP.
