Bradford is on a completely different level compared to Jones, but NFL teams know that. I agree though, Jones has a weird throwing motion, weird footwork, his arm strength is questionable, his athleticism isn't very good and he's just sort of awkward in general.

Actually one of the least cocky OU players I've ever talked to and I've pretty much met all the players, he's never been a dick and always has a great attitude to him.
