Vick single-handedly makes the Falcons a playoff team. While Ramsey's throwing stats are close to Vicks, (I know you already know this but) the threat of Vick breaking off 65 yard TD run at any time is what sets him apart from any other NFL QB. He runs something like a 4.4 to 4.3 forty yard dash.
Ramsey does not yet (by himself) make the Redskins a playoff team. You guys are underestimating the large amount of attention NFL Defense's have to pay to Vick. That opens up the rest of field for his teamates. You can not measure that by stats. Stats are overated.
There is only two other QB with that kind of ability to change a games outcome: Petyton Manning and Bret Farve.

He's not comparing them as players. He is comparing their passing games, respectivley. Micheal Vick is an amazing player; his run ability makes the Falcons offense dangerous on every single play. However, as a passer, he is very, very average. No one is saying Ramsey is as good or better than Vick at all; I'd take Vick any day. However if you take Vicks speed away from him, he is probaboloy not even a starting QB in the league. Your focus on his running stats, pretty much makes the point. Thats the reason he is such a dangerous QB.
