Anyone we might pick up? Gibbs is always talking about upgrading, and being a place where folks can suceed if they work hard, etc. so I wouldn't be surprised to see a pickup.
Also, how does the rookie cap work with the regular cap? Is all our cap space really going to the rookies? This is obviously a question for Canuck, or any other of y'all capologists.

The NFL gives each team an amount for their "rookie pool", which for us is right around $4 million this year. So, the 2005 cap numbers for all of our draft picks can't exceed that $4 million number. By releasing Morton, Barrow, and Gardner, we'd figure to have at least $5 million in cap room or so. Then if we used up all of our $4 million pool on the draft picks when we sign them in July, that would leave us with $1 million or so to play around with.
