I'm not sure if it's players or coaches who appoint the team captains, but it's a total embarrassment that Trent Williams and D-Hall both have the "C" patch on the front of their jerseys.

THIS is the bigger issue. What happened to Shanahan the disciplinarian? Is he not getting on these guys b/c they haven't bruised his ego like McNabb and Haynesworth did? Where is the change of culture? Hell even sitting Hall for one or two series would have been something.
