Um. No. Not as a starter at least. As a 2nd string? I'd be fine with that. But you know damn well if Shanahan kept Rex as a starter next season I think the fans would go down to the Redskins facility and threaten to burn the place down.
I really don't think Mike is that stubborn that he'd go against obvious, non-debatable, common sense. In this situation at least.
