His motion has improved from the carriage of the ball to reducing the windup or specifically to my eye: he would drop his throwing arm down before starting his setting/cocking to throw which creates wasted motion.
I still think Griffin has a 'bigger' then ideal throwing motion.(I also think Luck's is bigger then ideal.)
Assuming we can agree that QBs like: Vick, Rodgers, Peyton have 'ideal' throwing motions because their compact, tight with little to no wasted movement.
However both prospects can release the ball quickly and are consistent and repeatable in their mechanics.
Griff can also vary his throwing platform and arm angle and still deliver an accurate pass.
His throwing motion isn't an issue for me.

Fair enough. Although I have more concerns about this than you do, I'm not certain that my concerns are merited in the end. He's not Tebowesque or anything like that.
