You can still view Wikipedia. Just search for whatever you want on Google and click the grey arrow box to the right of the Google search link. That should bring up a picture of the page with the words "
Cached" and
Similar near the top of the picture in blue letters. Click on
Cached and you can view the page.
You'll have to go back to google to view other wikipedia pages as you can't use wiki's search feature but for the most part you can still use wikipedia.
So for example

At the same time keep in mind that the Wikipedia blackout is an example of what to expect should SOPA or PIPA pass and be made into a bill.
