Possibly dangerous but also could go a long way towards improving society. This is basicaly the end game of file sharing.

It's like, imagine if you only had to pay for housing, medical care, and services? People would have more disposable income. Less people would go hungry. I haven't thought it out fully but it seems like a good thing. Then again if you can download guns and keys.
