San Francisco lost the NFC championship game because of two turnovers by the punt returner Williams that allowed the Giants to not only get back into the game, but win it. That's what I mean by the Giants being more lucky than good. In assessing the Giants, those two losses to the Redskins and that blowout loss to the Saints are really who these Giants are.
Against the Patriots they will not be as lucky as they have been in recent weeks. Tom Brady has said that the loss to the Giants in Super Bowl 42 still bothers him. Brady will be surgical in carving the Giants secondary all day in this game en route to a blowout victory.
