I went to HS with a guy that had a new bug when it first came out. His grandmother told he and his older sister that she would buy them any car they wanted. They both got beetles because it was 'cool'. His is white and hers is black. It made me sick to think he picked a bug when he could have *any* car he wanted. He's a pretty good guy, though.
