Don't get me wrong, Beck sucks but you don't bring in Manning and draft a QB early with the intention that your 'other' backup is going to get much playing time.

I would take Rex instead of Beck simply because Beck can't win. Just for back up if Peyton goes down we need someone to move the ball down the field for a field goal.
