Rams- Bradford, Vikes- Ponder, Browns- McCoy, all pocket passers. Luck might be more accurate or might be able to throw farther but otherwise the QB they have already knows the system and they would be better off keeping their QB who knows their system and build around him. RGIII is different because he has his legs to extend a play which is not what those teams have right now.
I think the colts will realize their team is older and the line isn't as good anymore, also it's not like they play in a great division so a dynamic star like rg3 could make a mike vick impact there sooner than a luck could a peyton like impact
