Now, what you could do is sign manning to an Mcnabb-esque contract on steroids (really big numbers with no guaranteed money beyond this year), and then trade him Before the draft (and after he's proven his health) for extra ammo to get RG3. It would be devious... But brilliant if you could pull it off
Silly me going on hiatus forgot about the assumption that we have to trade up to get him at 2. I was thinking in terms of him being available at 6.
