Just to be clear. The sentence for a conviction on aggrevated assault with a gun in Florida cannot be reduced to lower than 3 years. Now, whether he gets convicted or not may depend on his lawyer/celebrity status. Sorry, I just don't want people confusing sentencing with guilt.....they are two different issues.

I should have been a bit more clear. If it's looking bad for Taylor he'll get a good plea bargain. Which will keep him outta jail.
