Banks doesn't have a shot at making the team this year. He was on the bubble last year, and if it weren't for the TD against Tampa, I'm not so sure he would have made the roster. When you have guys like Niles Paul who are fast, let alone half the team who are just as fast as him, I can't see why they'd cut one of them (who can play WR), for someone who can only do one thing.
