I know from first hand personel experience of massive waste in local and state budgets for those services. Taxpayers are tired of paying for unnecessary services. I'm with you there too, I do some work with Local Gov't in my area....if the public really knew some of what goes on. When I come up for Training Camp next year we'll have to swap some stories.
