Merriweather and Cedric Griffin too, but no one said we fixed the position. Our current safeties are just as injury-prone and possibly done as O.J., but at least we loaded up with a lot of them...hopefully someone can play 16, or get 16 games from some combination of them.
I still think Barnes should be moved to FS. Chase Minnifield is an exciting prospect who could win the nickel CB job.
