Some of you guys need to back up and understand that these state workers aren't allowed to really do anything to the children. This isn't like the old days when you could be snatched up by the collar and drug to the principal's office. Those days are long over. Ask any teacher or school worker and they'll tell you that they are pretty much handcuffed as to what they can do. That's why you see law enforcement officers stationed at schools now.


My point to FD was that you don't know what her description is and what her job entails so to act like she isn't qualified or isn't doing her job is a bit presumptuous.


Also FD, she did qualify based on that description I posted. It says you have to deal with them, it doesn't say you have authority to do anything about them or give you the right to forcefully settle the kids down.
