R. White developed his "trade-mark" swim move b/c it worked for him. It fit White's abilities and his style of play. White did other moves, but they all came from his power and less from his speed. The man was a bull rusher first and foremost and his swim and spins worked from that. Rak's physicality is different (White=pure overwhelming power; Rak=power/speed) from that of White's so a "Patented R.White" swim move may not be what works for him - that doesn't mean he isn't looking to develop (as R.White did) things that play to his strengths and help him be a better pass rusher.

The big difference here JR is that Reggie White was 300lbs (maybe more) compared to Orakpo's 260 lbs. Reggie could bowl guys over with his size and speed combo which is something Orakpo simply cannot do. Reggie also had the speed to beat guys on the outside to, and the strength to use his hands to get leverage to make a move inside. Orakpo has to beat them with his speed or he's going to be neutralized, and this usually ends up with the tackle locking him in and driving him out. I don't think the NFL has seen a DE the likes of Reggie White since his retirement. People want to talk about freak athletes, that's one. No way a man that big should have that sort of speed and strength...lol Downright unfair.
This was one of Reggie's 3 sacks in the Super Bowl.
