Here is a quote from Arthur Blank (owner of the Falcons) as reported by Peter King of SI:

"We don't need those kind of distractions on our club. And I don't know of any club that really wants to deal with them."

Thank God for sanity among the ownership. Perhaps if the owners agree to boycott this type of behavior, it will come to an end, and we can hear more about football, and less about "outplaying my contract."
