Let me point out some other differences:
Poor accuracy beyond dink and dunk passes, especially on anything long
Slow release long wind up
Happy feet, and tendency to throw off of his back heel
No feel for the rush
No clock in his head
Not a mobile QB despite being scouted as one
Complete inability to slide
Sometimes "scrambled" when there was no pressure and ran into needless sacks
Couldn't throw the ball away when he was running out of bounds
One handed grasp on the ball when moving in the pocket
Ball at his hip (gunslinger style) while looking down field.

I would say there are some slight differences...
Not only that Campbell wasn't winning those games, the defense was. That entire stretch he was just what he eventually became: a game manager. Griffin truly made plays HIMSELF that were huge differences in the game.
