I love this time of year. We've spent an entire thread talking about a guy who is likely to be at most the 4th WR. And we all are enjoying it. Welcome back to football season warpathers. Now that they're on the field we can drop the FO arguments and spend valuable work time talking about the 4th and 5th string WRs. Quality!

last year our 5th string safety was starting every game, so it actually can be important
-dante hall (probably the best return man inthe nfl, and a decent if unspectacular receiver)
-adam vinateri - best kicker in the nfl, maybe one of the best ever (throwing TD passes in between winning superbowls)
-warner (as stated above, he seems to have lost it just as fast though)
-delhomme (nfle to top half of nfl starting QBs)
etc etc... theres probably a ton of guy that could have been stars and never got the chance, but now that you have so many safety nets (afl, nfle, cfl) that pay livable salaries its become easier to pursue opportunities and catch some of the guys that never got a fair shot (or needed polishing etc)...
