Re: Redskins vs Bucs Post Game Reaction

Was a fun game to watch. Coaches had a good game plan today on offense and defense. Our special teams is a woe for the 3rd week, out of the four played this year and that's alarming.

Penalties stopped a few drives that looked promising with some bonehead moves. I noticed on the V. Jackson touchdown that D. Hall played to the inside release, and Haslett was yelling on M. Williams that he was playing to soft? Could of been D. Hall as well. Only read his lips partly.

Defense didn't play to bad since we are still missing 3 solid players in key roles. You can't hold a team for 6 points in the first half.. Come out on offense in the 2nd half, and not put any points on the board. Expecting the defense to just hold them out of the endzone all game. Our defense is not elite like that.

A few notes that could of changed the game.

-The two PF calls against the Bucs on RG 3 today. Both happen at key moments in the game and helped us, and both I disagreed with.

-RG3 not reaching out on the 3rd down play that got reviewed. I guess that's just field awareness. First down there, and the game is about over.

-Play call on 2nd down, right before the reviewed play?

-Alfred Morris's underrated pass blocking today

-RG3 still not throwing the ball away. Seems he's always trying to make the play even when there isn't any. Don't think that'll ever change though.

-Riley still taking a lot of bad angles.

-We lost a game in Cincy by a few plays that were determined by a matter of inches. Today, we won that battle. They throwback play on 3rd down was literally on target by less the half a yard.

Here we come Falcons... Hopefully we can rise to the occasion and shock the world.
