Tony Romo is an above average QB. That is all he is. He can put up numbers but never can put up wins. He has not been very impressive this year at all. The Cowboys put up 16 points against Tampa... Redskins put up 24 with a rookie QB who honestly is playing better than Romo.

Once you put expectations on him, he never preforms. If you have none for him than he plays very well. He is nothing special. Just happens to play for the Cowboys.
