DW has kids in school and loves the DC area, so I wouldn't look for him to leave anytime soon. I agree that the most likely scenario is a secession, with DW taking over for Gibbs at some later date. In fact, I think I remember some news source intimating rumors last year that Snyder had essentially told Doug this was the gameplan, although this might just be a creation of my mind. Certainly makes sense though. The Buffalo debacle notwithstanding, DW is head coach material and will be succesful as such, whether its here or somewhere else. Bellicheck didn't get it right the first time either...
