Why blow a wad and gamble on a guy like Garcon, who's definitely not proven he can be a #1 WR, if you're not "reaching" to win now? If anything the regime has looked desperate for immediate improvement in it's personnel decisions.
I think you're not thinking 4th dimensionally Marty...seriously though, how often do you keep waiting for that guy. And who is that guy? I didn't agree with signing Morgan but I think adding Garcon who's shown he can be a #1 WR and can grow with RG3 over the next couple of years was a smart move both on the field and salary cap wise. You want to get guys on the upswing
