Chris: i know some things. Hes frustrated with his consistency... and then there's other elements to it that i'm not quite sure if that, you know, necessarily belongs in this forum, but you know - Graham is a very religious person and i've heard some things that that irked some people. So you know, there's something to that i beleive. I don't know that absolutely 100% for sure, and i dont want to accuse somebody of something, but that is what i was told.

The actual airtime quote as you have it, says that Gano's inaccuracy was a primary source of their frustration and other factors may have made the decision more palatable. Your interpreted quote makes it sound like the openly religious issue was essentially why Shanahan got rid of Gano.
I don't see how the airtime quote you used in anyway equates to the statement you attributed to it.
