That was the biggest of Norv Turner's failings during his tenure as Redskins head coach. Maybe he has learned a little, as he has been DC on some very effective defensive turnarounds (Denver Miami, and now Atlanta). I do wonder why he doesn't stick in one place too long. Probably a red flag.
