I think the Jury is still out on Musgrave. I've heard some really bad things about him coming out of Jacksonville. Said he was too conservative in crucial times (exactly the OPPOSITE of what we need) and he was quickly fired. You never know, I think coaches get lucky in situations. Look at Bellichek. Run out of Cleveland - now he's a genius.

On a side note, we'll see how big of a genius he is now that those two amazing coordinators are gone.
