I wouldnt say its probable, but i think its possible. I think he and Ray Lewis could both be playing at 40.... but not much beyond that. To me, the Fletcher is almost superhuman in his durability, and while his play has dropped some, its not as dramatic as some seem to beleive (he has one awful game, thats it). He takes very good care of him self, and he has wolverine-like healing abilities.

I dont think Fletcher's performance will decline steeply at any point. I think it will be a gradual decline. Its possible, at some point, the coaches will say, "we like you, but at this point your role on this team is as a reserve" or "you need to retire." But i dont see those scenarios happening. I think Fletcher will start every game until he has some sort of "serious" injury which ends his season/career. It could come Monday vs. the Giants. It could come in 2015. It will probably happen sometime in between, but i'm rooting for him to play as long as possible.
