I agree, we don't need Ramsey to be Manning.
All we need is him to continue to improve upon his strong finish last year. If we have just an average passing attack, I think that's all we need to free things up in the running game, which make no mistake about it is going to be our bread and butter this year once again.
Look at this last 5 starts last year:
Giants: 19/22 174 yards 3 TD 0 INT
Eagles: 29/45 251 0 TD 1 INT
49ers: 18/27 214 1 TD 0 INT
Cowboys: 19/29 158 1 TD 2 INT
Vikings: 17/26 216 2 TD 1 INT
That's a QB rating of 94.98 folks.
If all he does this year is continue at this kind of pace, and mixes in a few more deep completions here and there, I really think the offense will be just fine.
