Defensive end Stephen Bowen was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice. According to Coach Mike Shanahan, Bowen has a torn tendon in his upper left biceps.

“He can play with that,” Shanahan said. “It’s pretty painful right now. But people have played with that. Now, if it was the lower part of the bicep, he would be out. He’d have surgery.”

Bowen is a beast. I'm really proud of a lot of our guys this year. Players are really stepping up and are committed to this team. No selfishness in sight...even Hall and Morgan are buying into this despite a few lapses in judgment.
