Now if they came in with the intention of shooting him, that's totally different.

It's f'ed up and I have no problem with them rotting in prison for the majority of their life but... Come on.

I agree with you I don't think they ever thought about actually killing anyone. The problem is they brought the gun and that shows intention to use which they did.
